The Girls As of Late
Sweet Brielle
Favorite bedtime songs
"I yove to see tentle" -- I love to see the temple
"Deedle deedle" -- twinkle twinkle
Favorite activity is riding her birthday rocking horse with gusto and carrying it all over the house (though it is twice her size)
She often brings me her shoes and requests to go somewhere (LaLa's house to swing, to see her friend Annie etc.)
I asked her if she wanted to pray (her first time) and she said yes. I said "we are grateful for Brielle" and she took right off saying "we're grateful for Daddy" "we're grateful for Milah" and "we're grateful for mommy."
Brielle eats a TON, taking huge bites, and nearly choking pretty much every day. Then she habitually finishes Milah's breakfast, lunch, and dinner.
The next night I asked her if she wanted to pray; her reply was to quickly fold her arms and just start praying on her own. Her prayer was two phrases over and over, one being "Evanly vater and dedusys" (Heavenly Father and Jesus) and a second that was unintelligible.

Milah Darling
She said opening and closing prayer in her primary class on Sunday. She was very specific: grateful to be here in primary and grateful for Sister Larsen (her teacher)
Every night lately she requests scriptures over any other bedtime book
She had her first hair trim (hence the picture)
We are in constant awe at her logical and deep thinking mind. She understands that people live in different states . While driving to the Salt Lake Children's Museum, she explained that we must be going to a different museum that's near G'ma and Grandad's house, not the Denver Museum that is by our house.
Playing with a black Little Tikes character with the typical curly locks, Milah said "Why does he have blackberry hair?" I don't fault her, it did look exactly like a blackberry on his head.
She has picked up on her letters. I brought in a box that said "tomatoes" and she said "Hey! That's a T!" And she can pick out almost all the letters of the alphabet.
