Roasted Red Pepper Salad
Mesclun greens
Spinach
Romaine, torn
1/3 c home cooked adzuki beans, drained
Miniature cucumber, sliced
1/3 orange bell pepper, chopped
Sunflower sprouts
2 T Crunchy Sesame Sticks
Annie's Roasted Red Pepper Salad Dressing
To cook adzuki beans, soak desired amount for 3-4 hours. Cover with enough water to cover beans 3 times and boil for an hour.
Combine all ingredients in a mixing or serving bowl (we eat salads out of those) and enjoy!
