Garlic Broccoli Rabe Linguine

A farmers market highlight: smaller heading broccoli that is packed with flavor and nutrients. A darling couple grow these fresh vegetables in their backyard.

Garlic Broccoli Rabe Linguine

1 lb spinach linguine

6 heads broccoli rabe or 2 traditional broccoli crowns

1 c fresh cauliflower

2 tsp. Fresh oregano, divided.

2 cloves garlic

2 tsp. olive oil

1/2 tsp. salt

Cook linguine as directed.

In a skillet on medium heat, add olive oil, garlic, broccoli, cauliflower, 1 tsp. oregano, and salt. Cook until firm, but tender (about 4 minutes). Place broccoli on the spinach linguine; garnish with fresh oregano.
